It was a very relaxing end of the week today. Hubert, Aikee, and Kylan worked on some 3-D game design in Unity. They improved the rolling ball game that they had made earlier in the week by adding textures and more levels that a player can get to after completing a course. A lot of buttons were made and plenty of pearler bead projects were created as well. Ethan and I worked on our end of summer project. We are calling it the "3-D Quilt." But what stood out today was when Bella and Ian from Emerson College came to tell us about an Engage Boston project for Pokemon Go. They had us each choose an underrepresented place in Boston and make a sixty second video explaining why that location is important to us and why it deserves a Pokestop. I chose Sportsmen's Tennis and Enrichment Center in Dorchester. In the past four years I have been going there, I have played, volunteered, and coached at Sportsmen's. I chose it because it is a wonderful organization that does so many things for the local community.
