Final Day of Orientation

Today was our last day of orientation before the Clubhouse opens on the 11th. We took the day to finalize our planning and preparation for the summer ahead. With Nina, we discussed keeping a log of what happens in the Clubhouse on this blog. Each day, events, workshops, and projects should be written down. We also got to spend some time with the Sphero BB8 robots and engineered activities to make utilizing them. The robots can be coded through a smartphone app in a similar style to MIT's Scratch program. We split into two groups and created plans for workshop to run at the East Boston Library. Each group will get to run their programs within the coming weeks.
